Job description:
New Concept Academy LLC. in Santa Clara County, CA seeks Math Teacher. Design instructional materials for math education, coordinate educational content, and integrate modern technology to offer guidance to teachers and staff.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and assess instructional materials for mathematics courses, incorporating data science principles into the teaching process;
2. Utilize data-driven techniques to evaluate student performance in math and adjust lesson plans accordingly;
3. Develop individualized learning plans to meet diverse student needs and foster a supportive learning environment;
4. Prepare and develop instructional materials for classes and activities and monitor the ways in which teachers and staff use the math materials;
5. Observe students’ performance and behaviors in classes to modify teaching objectives and methods, and make adjustments on curriculum, and instructional materials accordingly;
6. Communicate effectively with parents, students, teachers, and staff to ensure that the classes and activities meet intended objectives; and
7. Prepare and present regular reports on student progress and curriculum effectiveness to school administrators.
Requirements:
This position requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Education, Mathematics, Data Science or a closely related field with coursework in mathematics. Additionally, each of the following is required:
1. Ability to design and deliver math curricula that engage students and promote a solid grasp of both fundamental and advanced concepts;
2. Familiarity with developing and utilizing adaptive learning technologies to meet diverse needs; and
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

该活动致力于鼓励人们，特别是年轻一代踊跃为社区义务服务，共同创造美好的学习，工作和生活环境。本活动在 校长领导下，由包括校行政、支教小组、活动委员会及家长会成员组成的审核委员会负责验证及颁奖工作。委员会以公平、公开、公正的原则保障该项评审活动健康而有序地发展。委员会主任有责任定期或不定期地召集委员会全体会议，讨论或审议相关事宜，并对委员会各项决议有最终解释权。
义工小时要求：
申请要求：
1 五岁以上的学生和成年志愿者 (系美国公民或绿卡持有者)皆可申请。
2 评审工作每年进行一次， 秋季开学开始申请， 报名十月底截止。
3 本校对每个报名的志愿者建立档案并跟踪该志愿者在一年内的服务时间。本校在次年九月份完成审核。
4 如报名的志愿者在12个月内达到以下要求的服务时间，本校将应本人要求为该自愿者申请相应的总统义工奖。
5 本校的总统义工奖年度从9月1日至次年8月31日。 申请人在申请年度内至少有二分之一的出勤时间或者50小时是为本校工作， 每次其在校服务时间由相关的学校教师、校行政人员、支教小组成员、活动委员会会员及家长会成员出具证明。
6 对于在本校以外的义务服务时间，申请人需提供相应的有志愿活动组织人员或负责人员签名的证明文件。
义工服务范围：
1 参与教学：所有不拿薪水的教学，其上课时间可记入社区义务服务活动时间。
2 助教：所有不拿薪水的助教可认为参与本校社区义务服务活动。其助课时间可记入社区义务服务活动时间。
3 凡参加本校春节联欢、毕业典礼、才艺表演和社区活动（如朗诵比赛、写作比赛等）演出或服务，其时间可记入社区义务服务活动时间。
4 学校支教活动：凡参加本校支教或相关活动，如募捐、义卖、其时间可记入社区义务服务活动时间。
