Refund Policy:

Courses can be refunded unconditionally. Any unused fees will be converted to New Concept Academy Credit. This credit is valid for one year and can be used for any NCA program, giving you the security and peace of mind to continue your learning journey with us.

With decades of experience teaching in public and private schools, Mr. So is dedicated to demonstrating the doors of opportunities the English language can open.

Mr.Orkis

We are delighted to introduce Mr. Orkis, an award-winning narrative designer, senior writer, and experienced English instructor with over a decade of proven success helping students unlock their potential through the power of language. Mr. Orkis holds a Diploma in English Language Teaching from the University of Cambridge, a Master’s degree in International Relations, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in French Literature and International Studies. His unique blend of academic rigor, creative expertise, and classroom experience brings depth and energy to every lesson.

Before joining New Concept Academy, Mr. Orkis served in several high-impact roles:
-Lead Writer & Editor at top global companies including Yummly (Whirlpool) and Mattel, crafting compelling content and educational materials.

-Curriculum Developer at Pearson Education (Global English), contributing to language learning programs used by students around the world.

-English Instructor with over 7 years of classroom experience, teaching writing, reading comprehension, grammar, and communication skills to diverse learners.

Mrs. Powell

Mrs. Powell possesses a profound educational background and extensive teaching experience. She completed her Master's in Educational Administration at San Jose State University and obtained a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of the Pacific. She holds multiple teaching credentials, including Special Education and interdisciplinary teaching certifications.

Mrs. Powell has worked at elementary schools and is an English teacher at a well-known private elementary school in the Bay Area. She has been honored with the "Caring and Sharing Award" from Los Altos, USA, and has received multiple school awards based on PTA initiatives. Ms. Powell excels at employing innovative teaching methods to spark students' interest in learning. Her teaching style is inclusive yet rigorous, extensively enhancing students' language skills and critical thinking.

Mr.Lincoln

Mr.Lincoln is an outstanding English educator, renowned for his solid background in English writing and literature. Mr. Lincoln excels at significantly boosting students' exam scores through meticulously designed short-term teaching plans. His teaching strategies focus on developing students' critical thinking and analytical skills, particularly in exploring advanced writing logic, helping them to understand and master complex writing techniques.

Mr. Lauer’s classes go beyond grammar and structure—they inspire confidence, ignite imagination, and challenge students to think critically and write with purpose.
