WRITING G3 -G5 

The Writing G3 -G5 class teaches essay writing to students in grades 3 to 5. The class covers sentences, paragraphs, a 5-paragraph essay structure, transition phrases, and thesaurus use. Each lesson starts with a lecture followed by guided and independent practice. Students will work on writing 5-paragraph essays, including an introduction/main idea paragraph, three supporting idea paragraphs, and a conclusion paragraph. The class aims to equip students with essential essay writing skills while fostering a positive attitude towards writing.

 

 

 

Your Instructor

We would like to introduce Mr George So, an outstanding English teacher with an Education Master's degree from UC Berkeley. With decades of teaching experience in both public and private schools, Mr So is highly passionate about showing the doors of opportunities which the English language can open. With Mr. So as your mentor, you’ll embark on an inspiring journey of exploration and personal growth in English grammar, writing, history, and literature. Welcome aboard!
